From January 24 to 26, Roccafluvione hosted the Black Truffle Festival, an event dedicated to one of the territory’s strongest symbols. It was not just a food and wine event, but an event designed to enhance identity, supply chain, institutions and community.
A festival, however, is not born in the three days it takes place. It is born months earlier, in the design phase. And it continues afterwards through the storytelling and the memory it leaves behind.
Therefore, we worked on every level of the project, taking care of the organization and communication in an integrated way.
From vision to structure
The first phase was strategic. Define the format, build the program, coordinate the guests, organize the timing, create a consistent identity. An area event that aspires to grow must have a solid structure and clear direction.
We set the overall direction, coordinating content, institutional moments, speeches, tastings, and side activities. The goal was not just to “do an event,” but to build a platform intended to be consolidated over time.
Visual identity and materials
Every festival also communicates through what is seen. Graphics, displays, paneling, printed materials, information media-all contribute to building perception and recognition.
We oversaw the design and implementation of materials, coordinating printing, signage, visuals and promotional media. The identity had to be consistent across every touchpoint: online, stage, booth, institutional communication.
Technology and production
The technical part was central. Ledwall, video content management, audiovisual media, on-site operational coordination. An event today must also be a visual and narrative experience.
We followed the photo and video production before the event, during the days of the festival and in the aftermath, building a narrative that would not end in the chronicle, but become a tool for future enhancement.
Communication before, during and after
Communication was developed on multiple levels: pre-event content planning, protagonist storytelling, live coverage, enhancement of institutional interventions, and production of materials for dissemination on digital channels.
An event without communication remains confined to the place where it takes place.
An event told becomes shared heritage.
The Black Truffle Festival was a comprehensive work, built with an integrated approach.
When each element dialogues with the other, the event stops being a collection of separate activities and becomes a structured project. And it is precisely this structure that allows an appointment to grow over time, strengthen the territory and consolidate its identity.
For us, this means working on a 360-degree event. Don’t just tell the story, but help build it.
